Busy preparing the bans. I hope now you understand why we were quiet about it.

It was really hard NOT to say something! Keeping quiet about this was tough because it's so important. Now you guys see why we had to be.

I do not want to sound mean, but saying it "does not automatically mean it is the truth" doesn't mean you are any more right that the people who were inappropriately banned.

It means we can back our bans up by evidence.
If people feel they were wrongfully banned, they should contact support.

And in the same respect, you can't actually state that your staff doesn't make mistakes, it does happen. You guys banned one of my accounts because I got from 1 to 20 in 4 hours time, claiming that it was physically impossible for me to achieve this. Until I provided proof that I hadn't and spent an hour and 20 minutes typing up an essay stating every single detail of what I had done, when and at what time to achieve this. My account has been rightfully reinstated, and I'm not saying I am defending botters, I'm just saying the gaming community isn't perfect and neither are you.

A little more on topic, thanks for this. Finally we can play without having to worry about players (botters) having an advantage over other players (players). Let's just hope you can maintain this kind of reinforcement when they develop new bots to bypass your systems.

Ugh. People are starting to fear bans over multi-launch. or running more than one client on one machine. So will that also come the ban hammer to come down?

And how about when they are wrongfully banned but the support team sidesteps the inquiries and accusations in unjust attempt to not be in the wrong?
